Uncomfortable moments

Colleen was hospitalized for 5 days and came home last Sunday. She is doing well but has sores in her throat which are causing her pain from the chemotherapy. Please pray that they will heal quickly because they are very painful. She tolerated the chemo well and is doing fine otherwise. My sister and her family are visiting and we are having a grand time battling at uno. Colleen felt well enough to go to The Henry Ford and the Detroit zoo this week. Her hair is growing back but is at the stage where others are really staring at her. I guess they just are curious or don't understand but it is hard to swim with a wig on. Unfortunately even adults are staring. Please pray that the Lord will give her strength to endure the uncomfortable moments. I just want to buy her a shirt that says please don't stare i have cancer but she is not too comfortable with that idea. I guess i will have to pass her cards out at the pool so others may understand. Thank you again for your continued prayers. Our God is wonderful and we are thankful that Colleen is feeling better on the methotrexate.
